I have been acquainted with Van Hockenbury, the owner of Aldens Plumbing & Heating for a few months now.  We have been in need of plumbing services several times within this past year.

Van has been prompt to the job and responsible in calling if he needs to make time change.  He is very pleasant to work with and gives me the impression that he will not only fix the immediate problem but if he sees a potential area of concern, he will inform me.  He discusses my questions with me and gives me detailed instructions that are helpful. 

We have felt his prices were more than fair and that he has been very honest with me in our dealings.

 He comes to this area with experience in his field and he has helped us with our property water well, our RO water system, broken pipes under the ground and in the wall as well as sink and toilet problems.  Our 45-year old home seems to have decided it time to produce water issues. 

When called, Van has responded as soon as he can and we have been very satisfied with his service and will continue to use him.
