We needed a new hot water tank installed, Van Alden (owner) returned my call quickly and was able to schedule an appt for the next morning at 9:00 am. Showed up on time, explained everything in detail, was very nice and made sure we understood what he did and why. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and did discuss with him future improvements to the house. He went above and beyond what I expected… A+++
